Location-Ballroom at the Best Western Hotel on Cliffe Ave in Courtenay
Time-6:00 cocktails, 7:00 dinner. Dance to follow. We have the space until 1:00am and then we can go to the Flying Canoe after.
Ticket Prices-$40 (Includes dinner and rental of space no drinks) If we end up with more money than we need I will get everyone a drink ticket on the night.
The venue has a 200 person capacity. You are guaranteed to come when you purchase your tickets. It will be first come first serve. I can't sell any tickets after August 11th as the venue requires the final numbers then.
When you purchase your ticket please comment if you are a vegetarian or vegan or have any allergies. I need numbers of alternative meals for the caterers.
